The traditional technique of braiding and sewing in the weave is the most gentle and effective choice for the growth process of hair. Simply leaving the hair alone, allows it to grow through its natural process. The hair is left alone for 3 months (no combing, no heat, no damage) only routine maintenance (washing and conditioning) while allowing for optimal growth and nourishment of the hair and scalp to take place.
